| This is a first of its kind! A ratchet pruner combining the leverage of ratchets, with the power of pulleys. Normal rope pole pruners require tremendous effort to cut even small branches. Pulleys and ratchets assist in adding leverage. This is the first pole pruner that combines both pulleys and ratchets! So you get double the boost of leverage.
Some ratchet pole pruners involve pulling and releasing the rope up to ten times, and while they do increase your leverage the cost is the time you have to invest in all those pulls. By combining the power of four pulleys with three ratchets, now you only pull and release the rope three times for large branches, and it's never been easier! You can still pull easily through small branches with just one pull.
You will find that now you can cut a huge limb with this, up to 1 1/2" in diameter easily. No more getting the pruner stuck in the tree because you can't pull hard enough to cut all the way through the branch the first time. No more pulling so hard the rope breaks. This tools practically cuts the branch for you.
For larger branches simply attach the pruning saw and cut branches up to 6" in diameter. This tool features an extra long 6.5'-13' fiberglass pole that allows you to reach heights of up to 20'. The strong cam lock on the pole allows you to lock in the height at different positions, and adjustment is simple. The pruner blade is replaceable and resharpenable. This tool is strong, and built to last.
